Okidoki - remember what happened in the second book?
AND PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ON READING MY REVIEW IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE FIRST 3 BOOKS!!!

There was this horrible earthquake and the tsunami and then Tas & Lek were lost - presumed dead :(
Aran made sure that Greer was sent back home to the US to keep her safe.
The third book was mostly about Aran & Tas - who of course wasn't dead.

Now we finally get to read the last book in the series... I soooo want Greer and Lek to get their HEA!!!

Lek wakes up chained in a little cage in the jungle - with only an american film producer and a mute girl as his company. He's been 'bought' by this mountain tribe, they wanted to get lots of money, or rather uf-plants from his people, but unfortunately it didn't look like Lek was going to survive all his wounds.
But he's getting stronger every day - and with his two new companions he can finally try to leave and go back home - after months and months of being 'dead'.

All the while Lek is fighting to survive - Greer spends her time using drugs and flying from airport to airport, in the weird hope to recreate her first meeting with Lek...trying to forget him - or not forget him..

A world without Lek was a world I didn't want to live in. Not sober anyway.

But it's not Lek she finally meets - it's Aran - and he wants to take her back home to Tas.
Back home to rebuild the house they lost, and the business - which Lek wanted to legitimize... can that really be done???

Before Tas will get married to Aran, she wants to try - for the final time - to find Lek. There have been sooo many sightings of him, and nothing ever came of it - but now they heard about an american film guy who claimed to know about the Bliss King... worth a last shot...

They all leave into the mountains to look for Lek - at the same time that Lek, together with Hope and Skeet, is trying to make his way home....

WHAT WiLL HAPPEN WiTH GREER & LEK???
WiLL THEY FiND EACH OTHER - OR DiE TRYiNG???
WiLL THERE BE A HEA???
WiLL THERE BE A CLiFFHANGER???

NOPE..... I'm not telling you ☺

I REALLY LOVED THE BOOK!

I'm so glad to finally know how Greer & Lek's story ends.... ☺

This book was sooo amazing.

"I'd always known I'd ruin this woman and she'd ruin me, but now we needed each other to heal."

Written in both Greer and Lek's POV - we see what they both have to fight through to get back to each other. Only they don't believe that they will see each other again.
Greer thinks Lek is dead - and Lek thinks that, even if he survives, Greer would be so much better off without him. Pffff ☺

She's a goddess and I'm a filthy soldier. She's a queen and I'm a thieving, ignorant peasant. There's no way to make this right for her, but I'll spend the rest of my life trying.

There's SOOOO much happening in this book....they have to spend so much time without each other...it's heartbreaking... They find each other again - lose each other again - will they find each other again again??? Or will this story not have a happy ending?? ☺☺☺

I LOVED EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF THIS BOOK - ok - I also hated some parts of it ☺☺ But only because I wanted an instant HEA for my darlings ☺

Ainslie has such a beautiful writing style - you have the feeling that you're right there with them in the horrible heat of Nagar...

JUST PERFECT!!!!

FOUND was the perfect ending to the amazingly beautiful & dark & sexy & moving & suspensy Bliss King series!!
You soooo don't want to miss reading it!!

Now I can't wait to read the prequel novella!!!!

Copy received from the author for an honest review

This is the final book in the Bliss series, and you will have to have read parts 1, 2 and 3.

Things were all up in the air at the end of book 3 - who was alive?  Who was dead?

So many questions left unanswered,  I just knew that Ms Paton was going to take us on one hell of a rollercoaster ride with this final installment.

And did she ever.  So many times, things were not what they seemed!

Told from both Greer and Lek's POV over a period of several years, we are carried away on a journey, hoping so much for Greer and Lek's reunion.  Gah, I just wanted them to be together right from the start, so there was frustration, tears, laughs and love in my heart as I kept reading,

So, will Lek and Greer find each other again?  Can their love survive all the challenges that are thrown at them?

For that you are going to have to read for yourself.

Ms Paton writes with such emotion, such imagery.  You could almost feel yourself in the jungle, smell  the smells,  taste the fear in her characters.  I loved it all!

Thank you Ms Paton for giving us your amazing stories, and I can't wait to read more.

#1 - CAPTIVE

“The irony of my scarred, tattooed, gun toting, global drug empire running kidnapper, who goes by the nickname Lord Ruin, the Bliss King, telling me I’m safe is not lost on me.”

When ghostwriter Greer Gibson woke wearing silk pyjamas, in a room she didn’t recognise, she figured she’d done it again. Picked up a stranger in a local bar and gone to a city hotel with him.

Except she had no memory of doing that, the room was an expansive suite on a tropical island, she didn’t own silk pyjamas, and she was locked in.

Lek Hetherington needs a talented writer. But the best in the business, Greer Gibson, is booked out for years. That’s just a shoulder shrug for an underworld figure who rules over a global drug empire from his island hideaway.

Lek gets what he wants, even if he has to take it by force.

#2 - STOLEN

I don't know what happens to people who are already stolen property when they're snatched again. Is it finder's keepers? Is it snooze you lose?

Being kidnapped and held captive is one thing, finding out your handsome captor is a drug lord, known around the world as The Bliss King, and he wants you to ghost write for him is another.

You'd think all that might make you more receptive to the idea the native tribe he rules over thinks you're the reincarnation of the legendary White Witch.

It doesn't, but oddly it's easier to accept than falling in love with your kidnapper.

But to be given your freedom, to give it away for love, and to be kidnapped again is beyond even the best ghost story.

#3 - LOST

I wasn’t ready to die. I’m scared my heart will stop beating if Aran isn’t standing on the other side of this swamp ready to catch me. If Lek isn’t standing beside him.

Tas has been in love with Aran since she was five years old and he’d said she belonged to him and he’d keep her safe. But it wasn’t easy growing up a Hetherington and being in love with your adopted brother. And when Tas hurt, the only thing that helped was punishing Aran.

She didn’t want to punish him anymore.

Aran was ready to rip planets apart to get Tasanee back from the gang who stole her from Amman Rai, but he didn’t expect her to feel the same about him. After a lifetime of loving each other, they were estranged.

Until she was in his arms and ready to forgive.

But before they could truly be together, disaster struck, tearing them apart again.

In the days that followed, some were lost, some were found and some were made legend.

#4 - FOUND

I have touched, kissed, loved every divot, pucker, pulled taut piece of flesh, self made stitch and burnished smooth patch on his body. “I will run with you to end of the earth.” I didn’t mean to say that, but it’s the truest thought I’ve ever had.

The tsunami and losing Lek shattered Greer. She’s more ghost than ghost writer, drifting though her days in a drug fuelled search for memories of their love.

While deep in the jungle a man wakes. He is caged, chained. He is sick, starving and broken. But he’s alive and he remembers everything about Greer and will do anything to get back to her.

#4.5 / 0.5 - FIX

Lek Hetherington is Lord Ruin, The Bliss King.

He rules over a tribe, markets addiction and commands vast wealth.

But before that he was an orphan, a slave; brutalised and beaten.

This is the story of how Lek became The Bliss King. It's a prequel to The Bliss King - Captive and takes place four years beforehand in New York City.

Fix can be read as a kick start to the series but it’s even more fun any time after Captive.

It’s a novella of 20,000 words.
