I hadn't read those two books when they were released before, but I have read Sarina's and Elle's HIM & US books, and the story of Axel and Cax reminds us a lot of our darlings Wes & Jamie! And Axel's colleague is a LOT like Blakey!!! ☺
Hello Forever was just as heartbreakingly adorable as those other books!
We have so many sweet and sexy and moving and sad and frustrating moments!
Axel is this experienced 22-year-old gay guy new in this little college town.
And Cax is this secretly gay guy with a pretend girlfriend who never kissed another man after he kissed Axel when they were 16.
But the attraction never went away. They are sooo perfect for each other, but it won't be easy. Cax can't risk losing contact with his brothers. He needs to protect them. But he also wants to be able to openly love and be loved by Axel.
So sad.
But I'm sure we'll get there by the end of the book!! ☺
BUT - it might get even worse before it gets better!!!!!
I also loved that we got to see Caleb & Josh again, from the first book GOODBYE PARADISE!
HELLO FOREVER was such a heartbreakingly sad & beautiful & moving & sexy lovestory!

Sarina Bowen has quickly become a must read author for me. Whether it is in partnership with Elle Kennedy or her solo releases, I have adored everything I have read to date.
Axel and Cax's story is as sweet as it is heartbreaking. Childhood friends who become estranged, an unexpected reunion can bring things crashing down around them - or building up to amazing things.
I loved the attraction between our lovelies, it hasn't gone away after years apart. You can just feel the pull, the attraction, the spark between them, it leaps off the pages.
There is plenty of drama and tension - but nothing that seemed too OTT or ridiculous.
I felt that Axel and Cax were just adorably perfect for each other, and I was on the sidelines cheering for them both.
I love love loved that Caleb and Josh from Goodbye Paradise were a pretty big part of Hello Forever - I couldn't help but smile as they turned up!
I read Hello Forever in one day, I couldn't wait to turn each page and find out what would happen next.
Now I am impatiently waiting for what Ms Bowen brings us next.
